An evening with Kevin Dougherty.

We’re excited to welcome Kevin, who’s been speaking to the construction industry for more than 30 years. Kevin knows this business inside and out — and he brings a mix of real-world experience, humor, and practical advice that always hits home.

He’s worked as a sales manager and corporate trainer for a multimillion-dollar mechanical contractor, and over the years, he’s taught thousands of people through his seminars and workshops. His audiences have included everyone from family-owned companies to large corporations like 3M, Benjamin Moore, Hunter, Rain Bird, Johnson Controls, and York International.

Kevin is also a familiar face at industry events, having spoken for organizations like SMACNA, MCAA, MSCA, PHCC, QSC, and the World of Concrete.

What really sets Kevin apart is his energetic and entertaining style — he makes people laugh while getting them to think. We’re in for an enjoyable and insightful evening.

Kevin will share highlights and results from his Supervisor Training Program in Prince George on November 19, as well as insights from the full-day training session he’s leading earlier on November 20, before our dinner meeting. It’s a great opportunity to hear how these sessions are helping strengthen leadership and communication across our industry.
