We will also cover how to wipe out obstacles to productivity and documenting the foreman’s role in improving profits and productivity
- Pre-job planning: Planning for a smooth project transition to the field, pre-job risk analysis, and site logistics/planning.
- The impact of productivity changes on financial performance: Learn how proactive superintendents directly impact project costs every day and how even small productivity changes dramatically impact the bottom line.
Instructor - Andy Patron
Andrew “Andy” Patron has been working in the construction industry for over thirty years leading, managing and developing people with private and public sector owners. He started his career as a management engineer, analyzing operations, studying work process flow, and creating industrial engineering solutions. For the past 15 years, he has dedicated his life to Talent Development. He has been all over the world evaluating, creating, and implementing hundreds of talent development programs.
Andy is a sought-after consultant, trainer, speaker, group facilitator and presenter. His passion for talent development comes across with every audience and he uses humor and firsthand experience to make the development experience relevant, memorable, effective, and fun. Andy has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
