Join us in Kelowna for SMACNA-BC’s Annual General Meeting & Convention.
Kelowna is an energetic city surrounded by wilderness, mountains, vineyards, and orchards, set along the shores of sparkling Okanagan Lake. Whether you join fellow SMACNA-BC members and guests in the planned activities, take part in networking and association events, or simply enjoy some time on your own, the SMACNA-BC Board of Directors and staff are preparing a weekend that we hope everyone will enjoy to the fullest, with great experiences and lasting memories.
This year we will be hosting an "Era" themed Friday Fun Night. A bit of nostalgia for us all. Choose the Era you loved the most, Dress up as your favorite performer or wear what you did in High school. Be sure to get the kids involved too!

PLEASE NOTE - After April 1, 2026, registration fees will be non-refundable. Additionally, any hotel room cancellations made after this date may be subject to charges incurred by SMACNA-BC from the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort.
*All hotel reservations must be made through SMACNA-BC, but room charges are payable to the hotel at time of check out. Reservations will be made on a first-received basis for room selection due to availability of types.
