Join us in Kelowna for SMACNA-BC’s Annual General Meeting & Convention.
Kelowna is an energetic city surrounded by wilderness, mountains, vineyards, and orchards, set along the shores of sparkling Okanagan Lake. Whether you join fellow SMACNA-BC members and guests in the planned activities, take part in networking and association events, or simply enjoy some time on your own, the SMACNA-BC Board of Directors and staff are preparing a weekend that we hope everyone will enjoy to the fullest, with great experiences and lasting memories.

Note: there are a limited amount of spots for each event and will be first come, first serve.
PLEASE NOTE - After April 1, 2026, registration fees will be non-refundable. Additionally, any hotel room cancellations made after this date may be subject to charges incurred by SMACNA-BC from the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort.
Over the years our Annual Convention has been very successful for the most part, due to the generous monetary support we receive from our Members, Sponsors and their families. Again, we are expecting a weekend of fun and excitement.
