Other responsibilities include managing the SMACNA Premiere Partner Program and creating and maintaining relationships with industry organizations. \n\n\n\nPrior to joining Mestek \, Mike was an account manager with the NB Handy Company where he helped develop the  Georgia and Alabama markets. Mike's role while with the NB Handy Company was to call on HVAC contractors commercially promoting duct construction products and machinery while developing key relationships.\n\n \n\nMr. Bailey graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Marketing and Kinesiology in 1994.
