Whether you join fellow SMACNA-BC members and guests in the planned activities\, participate in networking and association events\, or simply take time to relax and explore on your own\, the SMACNA-BC Board of Directors and staff are preparing a weekend we hope everyone will enjoy to the fullest   filled with memorable experiences\, great company\, and lasting memories.\n\n\n\nGet ready to kick up your boots for our Country-Themed Fun Night! Join fellow SMACNA-BC members and guests for an evening of country music\, dancing\, western-inspired outfits\, and great company. Whether you come dressed in denim and plaid\, cowboy hats and boots\, or your favorite country concert style\, this fun-filled night promises laughter\, nostalgia\, and plenty of memorable moments for the whole family.\n\n\n\nThis year\, the Saturday Night President's Ball will be held in the East Ballroom\, and we are excited to host an Elegant Business Formal evening for you to enjoy. Join fellow SMACNA-BC members and guests for a memorable night of great company\, dining\, entertainment\, and celebration as we come together to wrap up an incredible weekend in style.\n\nFor Full details and the weekend Agenda please check back.\nSMACNA BC will cover the costs of 1 standard room and registration for only 1 contractor member and guest per company.\n\nNote:  there are a limited amount of spots for each event and will be first come\, first serve.\n\n \n\nREGISTRATIONS CLOSES March 29th\, 2027.\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE - After April 1\, 2027\, registration fees will be non-refundable. Additionally\, any hotel room cancellations made after this date may be subject to charges incurred by SMACNA-BC from the Penticton Lakeside Resort.\n\nPlease note - Any changes to room types\, other then what is offered will need to be done through the hotel after registration closes.  \n*All hotel reservations must be made through SMACNA-BC\, but room charges are payable to the hotel at time of check out.   Reservations will be made on a first-received basis for room selection due to availability of types.
